4 Months Old!

The girls turned 4 months old on Friday, October 2nd. I cannot believe how fast the time is going. It makes me very sad, but also reminds me to appreciate every stage of their lives. We went back to see the pediatrician for their check-ups and everything is going great. Mya weighed in at 15 lbs. 2 oz. and was 25 1/4 inches long. Stella weighed in at 13 lbs. 4 oz. and was 24 3/4 inches long. Dr. Carmen said they are very strong and doing great. She was surprised to hear that Mya is rolling over both ways and that Stella rolls from her belly to her back and is soooooo close to rolling from her back to her belly. Any day now, I'm sure. The bad part about the appointment came at the end. They had more vaccines to get so they needed shots. I know I'm a wimp, but I really can't watch it. It just breaks my heart. So Wes stands with whoever is getting the shots and I hold whoever isn't getting shots and face the back wall. After they are done I hold and sooth the crying baby. My girls were champs though and barely cried. They have to do this at the 6 month, 9 month, 1 year and 2 year appointments......BOO!!!
