Who doesn't have dancing in the rain on their list of things to do? I
know I have always wanted to do it but I never have because it would
have to be the perfect rain to do it......no thunderstorms and it would
need to be pretty warm out. Well, last night was the PERFECT night for
it! It was hot and sunny all day long and then at just a little before
8:00 it started pouring. It was still completely sunny and so we went
out on the back porch to watch the rain before putting the girls to
bed. There was a rainbow and the awesome smell of rain was wonderful. I
asked the girls if they wanted to dance in the rain with me and they of
course screamed YES!!!
We jumped off the porch and
Daddy grabbed the camera. The lighting was so crazy because the sun was
a bright orange but I think the pictures looked pretty cool, aside from
our poor extremely crunchy and thirsty grass! It was a fun memory and
we will definitely do it again! :)
