Yesterday, our family participated in the Walk to Defeat ALS. We walked in honor of and in memory my dear friend, Lindsey's family. Sadly, 5 members of her family have been afflicted with Lou Gehrig's Disease. Her family organized the Brooks' Crew to walk and raise money for the ALS Foundation. In the end there were 130+ walkers on our team and over $20,000 was raised! It was an amazing day and we are very hopeful that our donations will make a difference!
