I'm Still Alive!

I just thought I'd skip out for a few months and see who missed me. LOL Really, I just haven't been inclined to blog because Pinterest is my obsession when I have free time. But after being asked by some of my faithfuls if I was ever going to blog again I decided it's time. So instead of doing a million posts of what has been going on over the past few months I am just going to do a quick catch up and then just get into my regular routine of posting a few times a week.

Let's see, I last posted on January 13th. Holy cow! I guess this post may be a bit longer than intended. Here are a few highlights from the Rethman household:

We had a visit from Grandpa, Aunt Morgie and Aunt Kayla.



We played in the snow and went sledding for the first time!

At the end of January I asked a former parent from my class to come over to my mom and dad's house to take some pictures of all four of the grandkids with Nana and Papa because we just really didn't have any pictures of all of them together. I think because we see my parents more often I don't even think to take pictures with them, where it is more of a priority with Wes' family since they are out of town. That's silly, because pictures of them are equally as important. Here are a few of my favs:

We got messy when we ate.

We celebrated my sister and Wes' birthdays with a dinner at my parents. I only took like 3 pictures. We had a delicious meal and fun family time.

My handsome hubby's birthday is February 10th, but we celebrated on the 11th. My cousin came over to babysit the girls and Wes and I went to dinner, to a movie and out for a drink. It was a nice evening, but no pics were taken. But here's a cute pic of him before a run.We celebrated Valentine's Day on the 12th because I was leaving that day for a 3 day conference in Columbus. Our favorite girls got a few special surprises that they are loving!

We started gymnastics with some of our besties, Cora and Charli....and LOVE it!




And finally, we lounged around and snuggled our favorite Daddy in the world! *I heart Stellie's sweet little curly piggy tails!
