Randomness

This post is going to be exactly what the title says.....random. Today the girls were being so funny and I decided to snap some pics (like I needed an excuse.....). First of all, Mya pooped through two outfits at Lisa's today and so she came home in Megan's (Lisa's daughter) old clothes. She had an 18 month pair of pants on and a 4T shirt, which surprisingly were not huge on her! May I remind you that my little chunker butt is only 8 1/2 months old! I absolutely love that she is so roll-y. She is so fun to kiss and squeeze and I can't get enough of her. Stella is getting much fuller too and especially in her cheeks,which is my very favorite place to kiss her! Also, today when I took Mya's hat off her head her hair was sticking up all crazy and it was so funny! God, my kids are cute!!!!!!!!!!Ok, back to today. So normally Mya is the one crawling all over Stella. But in just the last few days, Stella has become very adventurous. She is into EVERYTHING! Today she was climbing all over Mya and pulling herself up on my little Jan Pugh table, our end table, the entertainment center and the couch. This is a first and I was amazed at her determination and strength. I decided to put the legs on their music table and give her a shot at something that is the perfect height for her. I also knew that they love that table (thanks Aunt Ashley!!!) and so it would be a great motivator to get her to practice. She did it several times. We got video and took some pictures. Mya saw all of the commotion and decided to attempt the same feat. She pulled herself to her knees and was content playing like that. I stood her up to the table and she stood for a little while and then just kind of fell back to her butt. I was a nervous wreck and was always right there. Wes kept telling me to chill and that they need to learn. They will fall and it is okay. I know this, but it doesn't stop me from being nervous. I would be one of those crazy moms that wraps their kids in bubble wrap and always has a helmet on them if Wes wasn't around to stop me. Stella did hit her head the last time she attempted it and she cried pretty hard, but was okay shortly after. Here are pictures of them in action...
