Our sweet girls turned 3 on June 2nd. It absolutely blows me away that
it has been 3 years since they came into our lives and changed
everything about us - the most amazing and welcome change ever! They
are the absolute best thing that ever happened to us and we were so
happy to spend the day celebrating them. We started out with a yummy
breakfast of fresh baked blueberry muffins! We then got ready and
headed to meet Grandpa, Aunt Kayla and Aunt Morgie at the mall. They
were coming up early so that we could take the girls to Build-A-Bear,
which was part of Mo and Kayla's gift to the girls. They LOVED that
store and I did too. It was so much fun and the lady who walked us
through the process was very sweet and really enjoyed the girls.

Because it was their birthday we let them ride the kiddie coin rides by the food court. Grandpa is such a sucker to their cute smiles and he paid for them to ride over and over.

We grabbed a quick lunch in the food court and the girls were loving the Chik-Fil-A Cow.
Then it was on to Party City to fill all of their balloons. We took some Fat Booth pictures while we waited. Haha!

Daddy, Papa and Uncle Taylor enjoyed some glow in the dark bocce ball after the girls were in bed. Daddy had a few cocktails while playing and here he was feeling pretty great! :)
The party was a complete success. The only thing I need help with is to remember to assign someone to remind me and to take pictures with more guests. I get so wrapped up in what is happening and I didn't get hardly any of the pictures I wanted with different great grandparents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, mommy and daddy, cousins and friends. I am so bummed that I have no pictures with all of their little friends who came to the party because I just love looking back at those. I also forgot to take a picture of the decorations (no theme just bright colors) and all of their new gifts before I put them away and I'm not digging them back out, but just for my reference I am going to list what they got:
*Mommy and Daddy - swing set, pool squirters romper and black sandals
*YaYa and YoYo, G.G. and G-Pa - big girl bikes, romper, pink and purple scissors (the girls request!!!) and money towards the swing set.
*Grandpa - LOTS and LOTS of clothes
*Nana and Papa - Money for the swingset, clothes, bathing suits, flashlights and sandals
*Riedemans - Tickets to see the Fresh Beat Band at the zoo with Mommy, Aunt Ashley and Sophie in August, flashlights and sand toys to make cookies
*Uncle Taylor and Uncle Zach - a shirt and lots of art supplies
*Aunt Kacie - a dress
*Aunt Morgan and Aunt Kayla - a dress and Build-A-Bear animals
*Great Grandma and Grandpa Konesky - money and a bunny statue for the flower bed in front of their bedroom :)
*Great Grandma and Grandpa Rethman - money
*Great Grandma and Grandpa Theis - money
*Wittmans - a ladybug ball, sunglasses and a new book to go with their Cooper Bear
*Pearsons - Dr. Seuss game, sidewalk chalk and an outfit
*Magnones - Candy Land, The Ladybug Game, and books
*Shaffers - Bath Barbies and books
*Aunt Susan, Greg and Sami - Dora microphones, guitar and keyboard
Mya and Stella,
I can't even begin to explain to you how much joy you bring to our lives. Just looking at you my heart just bursts with love and pride. I don't know why God decided to bless us so much by giving you to us, but I'm so grateful that He did! You make us smile and laugh all the time. We love to hear the funny things you say and to watch you grow and learn. You are the center of our world and we love you so, so, so, so much! I can't believe you will be going to preschool next year but we look forward to that adventure with you. In short, we think you're awesome and we just feel super lucky to call you our daughters! Happy, happy birthday to our miracle babies!
For always and for a lot,
Mommy and Daddy

Happy Birthday, beautiful ladies!!!
Can't believe you're THREE!
Love the picture of them hugging at Build-a-Bear and all the pics with the garden signs and outside before party.
Awwww...I also love the hugging-at-Build-a-Bear picture, and I got a little teary reading the caption about the two hearts. That is so sweet! Happy birthday, Mya & Stella. Just crazy that you big girls are 3!!!
I have to agree! Those pics with their signs are precious! And what a great party! I am impressed that you were able to be out at Build a Bear and everything before their party. You are far more organized than me! haha :) Great job, mama! And Happy 3rd Birthay beautiful girls!
